At Cruise Plastic Surgery, I led a multi-channel marketing campaign aimed at increasing patient consultations, growing brand awareness, and enhancing our online reputation. The campaign included social media (Instagram, Facebook), email marketing, SEO, paid search (Google Ads), influencer partnerships, and local PR efforts. Our objectives were to drive website traffic, boost lead generation through consultation form submissions, and grow social media engagement. Success was measured through website analytics (traffic, conversion rates), lead volume, paid ad performance, email open/click rates, and social engagement metrics. As a result, we achieved a 200% increase in social media following, a 50% boost in engagement, and a significant rise in patient consultations, helping to establish the practice as a top choice in a competitive Newport Beach market.

At Cruise Plastic Surgery, audience insights and campaign data directly influenced how I shaped our content and marketing strategy. Through detailed analysis of website behavior, lead sources, and ad performance, I found that before-and-after imagery, patient testimonials, and educational content about procedures consistently outperformed promotional content. This data drove a shift toward more authentic, educational, and patient-centered messaging across all channels. As a result, we saw higher engagement, increased trust with potential patients, and a noticeable improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.

Social Media Strategy

Our goal was to post a minimum of 5 reels a week and several stories per day to stay top of mind with our audience.

We were able to create over 300 unique posts and built a following of less than 3,000 followers to over 42,000 followers in less than 2 years. This contributed to hundreds of thousands of views aiming to educate and showcase Dr. Cruise's wonderful results. Our strategy was to show before & afters, testimonials, highlight case studies, show behind the scenes, and showcase their stunning office located in Newport Beach, Ca.

Advertising

Cruise Plastic Surgery specializes in male gynecomastia procedures, and wanted to create a strong brand identity as a leader in this field. As a predominantly male demographic, we set out create marketing materials that could help those with a similar lifestyle relate to help increase retention. We started by understanding the psychology behind the customer. This is why we came up with the slogan,

"The Chest YOU want, The Confidence YOU DESERVE"

This procedure can be an emotional one for those struggling with Gynecomastia. This is why we use real patients to showcase how they now feel after receiving the procedure. This advertisement had over 175,000 views and is an incredible asset to web traffic on the website lagynecomastia.org

STZY MEDIA was hired to edit marketing materials for YouTube Ads, commercial placement in local gyms such as 24 hour fitness, and printed banners for events.
